I’ve missed some things since I’ve been away. Whats the “hour rule”? and is the “SR20 rule” still a thing?

When it’s slow someone has to post something at least once an hour. I guess SR20 could still be a thing but it’s not very serious these days, between Drumpf and a pandemic I think it’s kind of a happy place as much as possible...

I want in! I need permission from somebody!

Not particularly I wouldn’t think. If you've got cash that is.

What I would give to drive that Metropolitan in restored condition

Ain’t gonna happen, and, besides, restored examples are worth less than the cost to restore them.
I would like to drive a Metropolitan though. Just without the coke cans on the inside.

Poor metropolitan, being used as a recycling bin...

No recycling here unless you mean rotting into the ground. Pretty straight body and half decent paint even, but the coke cans aren't going anywhere. Sad, but I did pay to get in to see such things.

I mean someone could empty out those cans and recycle them...

It’s folk art. Would you recycle the Mona Lisa? ;)
Nash is down in Old Car City USA .

If people had stacked a bunch of cans on top of her, sure!

Well it’s a waste to me to see something that rare and that fun looking to drive sit there like that.

The low wheel arch does mean this thing has a massive turning circle. But yes, a waste.
